Clodagh Daly joined Avolon in April 2013 as a Legal Counsel. Clodagh has responsibility for Avolon’s general corporate legal matters, including responsibility for the corporate structure and the corporate governance of the Avolon Group. Since joining Avolon, Clodagh has provided legal support across a wide variety of transactions and projects.
Prior to joining Avolon, Clodagh worked in the Banking and Financial Services Department of Arthur Cox and began her legal career at ByrneWallace where she completed her solicitor traineeship. In her previous positions, Clodagh gained experience in the core areas of corporate and finance law.
Clodagh has a Bachelor of Business and Law Degree (BBL) with first-class honours from University College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in January 2013. Clodagh completed the Law Society of Ireland Diploma in Aircraft Leasing and Finance in April 2014.
