In line with our tremendous growth journey, we are seeking to strategically grow our HR Operations team by adding a commercial, dynamic and creative HR Business Partner to complement our team. This role reports to the Director, HR Operations.
This opportunity offers an experienced HR Business Partner an incredible opportunity to develop and grow their skills within an exciting, inspiring and leading international company.
Be the single point of the contact for employees and leaders across the company but specifically within your assigned client group
Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and procedures to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance
Coach managers in the delivery of critical HR processes such as:
o Recruitment and Selection
o Employee Relations
o Talent Identification and Development
Analyse data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives
Lead and be an active participant in cross functional HR projects
Participate in the identification and design of compelling talent and succession plans for employees
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or a relevant area
A proven track record in strong commercial business partnering and collaboration with senior business leaders in a fast moving business is a must.
Demonstrated experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to deal with multiple, changing & sometimes competing priorities while retaining a focus on customer experience.
Experience in navigating employment law, supporting development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations in an international environment.
Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.
Excellent problem solving and organizational acumen
Outstanding communications skills with the ability to connect and develop trust quickly with all levels within an organization.
Confidence in handling ambiguity and fluid situations and have a pragmatic and common-sense approach
Creativity and innovation in identifying unique and interesting ways to problem solve, engage and improve the employee life cycle
