Since 2015, Avolon has supported Connect2, a student-run organisation at University College Dublin that connects Chinese students to Irish students to promote friendships during college that will hopefully lead to long-lasting business relationships post-graduation.

Since 2015, Avolon has supported Connect2, a student-run organisation at University College Dublin that connects Chinese students to Irish students to promote friendships during college that will hopefully lead to long-lasting business relationships post-graduation.

Events are held by the students, for the students, throughout the year. The most notable event being the Connect2 Case Study Competition, where students analyse a Chinese business themed case study and present their findings and recommendations to a panel of judges, all of whom have experience doing business in both Ireland and China.
