Accelerate. We have designed our own leadership development journey
focused on the behaviour, mindset and knowledge changes required to
develop leaders who think and act differently. This will fuel our growth
now and into the future, with a particular emphasis on developing our
female leadership pipeline.

This was reflected in our first Evolve Talent Summit, held in May 2023 where teams from all six of our global offices came together for an immersive and interactive development experience that will help us work closer together as high performing teams and build our innovation capacity.
