“Driving greater diversity in Avolon is a core priority for the senior management team, and these stories are an example of the growing female talent in the business. We know that we are on a journey but the future looks bright. Through supporting our broader diversity & inclusion agenda I am confident we can ensure further progress whether that be on gender equality, LGBTQIA+ initiatives, or attracting talent from a wider variety of cultures and backgrounds.”

“I’m incredibly proud of the future female leaders we are developing in the business. Through our leadership development programme – Accelerate – we are building our talent pipeline of women. ‘Fuelled by Ambition, Strengthened by Diversity, United by Inclusion’ is our D&I vision statement, and aligns us around a goal of ensuring that everyone at Avolon can bring their true selves to work, every day.”
Gender Equality
WOMEN IN SENIOR LEADERSHIP
Avolon is delighted to be a supporter of the 30% Club, working alongside companies and organisations that want to see a minimum of 30% Gender Balance at all senior decision-making levels. Promoting gender diversity is a core priority at Avolon that we seek to support through how we hire, promote and train our team.
We are excited to work alongside the membership of the 30% Club to learn more about how we can ensure we activate, influence and enable change.
