Each year we run a Transition Year week for secondary school students, and a Graduate Programme that provides university graduates with their first taste of aircraft leasing.

HOSTING AVIATION’S NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS
Each year we run Avolon Aviation School hosting partners from airlines, OEMs and banks to provide them with an introduction to aircraft leasing. The 3 day event gives participants the opportunity to network with industry peers and meet the Avolon senior team.
