Dublin | April 8, 2019: Avolon Holdings Limited (“Avolon”), the international aircraft leasing company, announces that it will hold a series of fixed income investor calls commencing Tuesday, April 9th through Wednesday, April 10th.

A benchmark USD-denominated senior unsecured 144A/Reg S notes offering may follow, subject to market conditions. Avolon expects that one or more rating agencies may upgrade Avolon to investment grade upon the launch and pricing of such offering.
