Innovator’s Circle

In March 2021, Avolon contributed 15,000€ to Rethink Ireland to become a member of their Innovator’s Circle which is a group of individuals and companies who support Rethink Ireland in engaging strategically with their awardees. Through the Innovator's Circle, Avolon will be able to fund and support Social Enterprise Development funds with our own skills and resources through virtual skills days ("mini CARE days") and strategic problem solving workshops, in areas such as excel, finance, project management and leadership. There will also be the opportunity to mentor awardees. Through this project, Avolon can bring specific value-add, as a company that is entrepreneurial in itself, to small, entrepreneurial charities. This project will meet all four of our CARE pillars: Community; Avolon CARE Days; Resources; and Education and Entrepreneurship.
