1,500 x 2 towards resources that will assist in gardening work at mini CARE days in Barretstown on 15th and 16th September. Resources will be utilised beyond our CARE Days there.

Avolon employees partook in a mini-CARE day in Barretstown in 2021. Barretstown offers free, specially designed camps and programmes for children and their families living with a serious illness – supported behind the scenes by 24 hour on site medical and nursing care. Since Barretstown first opened their gates in 1994 they have brought the magic of Barretstown to over 70,000 campers. Their mission is to rebuild the lives of children affected by serious illness, and their families, through a life changing Therapeutic Recreation programme in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
