From January to April 2023, Avolon employees worked with CBS James Street Secondary School in Dublin in the World of Work programme, run by Business in the Community Ireland.

The programme works with second level students to encourage them to prioritise their education. Avolon facilitated several learning sessions with the students to educate them on what to expect from life after school and to help them develop skills required to excel in their schoolwork.

These sessions included an Avolon office visit and a Day in the Life session, where employees spoke with the students about their career paths to date. Students then had the chance to put what they learnt into practice by giving presentations on their experience in the programme.
