For the third consecutive year, Avolon participated in the Corporate Quiz Challenge in aid of The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre (DRCC) held at the Intercontinental Hotel on February 26th.

For the third consecutive year, Avolon participated in the Corporate Quiz Challenge in aid of The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre (DRCC) held at the Intercontinental Hotel on February 26th. Avolon had three tables, captained by Brian Foley, Ross O’Connor and Kathleen Oliver. Although we were not the quiz winners that night, Yvonne and Claire fulfilled a lifelong dream of meeting Pat Kenny, who hosted the event. DRCC provides a wide range of services to women and men who are affected by rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment or childhood sexual abuse, including a 24-hour helpline operated 365 days a year and one-on-one counselling. DRCC runs a number of training and development programmes for individuals and organisations to raise awareness on topics of sexual violence, preventing and dealing with bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.
